The flexiDOCK MB014SP-B is the All-new Quad Bay 2.5" SATA/SAS HDD/SSD Trayless Enclosure, with an improved drive ejection process and redesigned power buttons. This enclosure simplifies the process of managing drives by bringing the drives to the frontal 5.25" optical drive bay of the computer system. Using absolutely no drive trays allows inserting and removing bare drives a more efficient process, especially for media and data management professionals or those who require frequent drive swaps.

This unique hard drive docking style removable enclosure allows users to swap out drives quickly and easily without the hassle of drive trays/caddies. Enhanced Individual Drive Power Buttons

The four drive bays feature a solid individual power button to allow each drive to shut off to manage the drive's operating status instantly. Pairing with the enhanced and refined power buttons enables ease of usage across various applications such as multi-OS booting, loading authorized data. Shut off the drive when not using it to prevent a hacker/virus attack and reduce power and drive usage.

Improved Ejection Button

The trayless and doorless design allows users to swap out HDDs/SSDs quickly and easily within seconds. Simply slide in the drive and perform your task. Once the drive is inserted, the ejection button will then protrude out. Drive ejection is just as simple with a push on the improved ejection button and mechanism, requiring less force than before to push and eject the drives.

Packed with Features

When a drive is fully inserted in the enclosure, the LED drive activity built-in the power button will begin to light up and indicate the drive is powered and accessed. To reduce unnecessary power consumption, the LEDs will automatically shut off when no drives are installed. With the included 40mm cooling fan, the heat produced by four drives is further dispersed throughout the intelligently placed ventilation holes throughout the entire enclosure. The fan speed can be easily adjusted with the frontal fan speed control or completely shut off with the fan on/off jumper depending on the working environment.The FlexiDOCK MB014SP-B has an external metal shell to protect sensitive hard drives from external forces, providing a longer life span for your drives.
